Fair Housing Notice
New York State law requires every real estate licensee to provide the New York State Fair Housing Notice and to publish a Standardized Operating Procedure for prospective homebuyers. Both are below.
Equal housing opportunity
It is illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental, or financing of housing on the basis of a protected characteristic. I do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act and the New York State Human Rights Law, and I do not discriminate against any person.
New York State publishes the official Housing and Anti-Discrimination Notice, which sets out the protected characteristics under state and federal law, what unlawful discrimination in housing looks like, and how to file a complaint. Read it in full here:

If you believe you have experienced discrimination
You may file a complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights or the New York State Department of State, Division of Licensing Services.

Standardized Operating Procedure for prospective homebuyers
New York Real Property Law § 442-h requires real estate brokers to adopt and publish standardized operating procedures covering prospective homebuyers, including whether identification is required, whether an exclusive agreement is required, and whether pre-approval or pre-qualification is required before a showing.
This procedure is adopted and filed by the brokerage, not by an individual agent. To request the current Standardized Operating Procedure for Keller Williams Gateway Finger Lakes, contact the office at (585) 713-2055 or lucashine@kw.com and I will send it to you.
